The cover choices are shown below; January 2006 has a Seasons Greetings cover(not shown).

"J" styles have plain calendar pages and First Aid for Choking on back.
"M" styles have house photo calendar pages and Amortization Chart on back.

Each calendar includes a #7 envelope
pre-printed: "A Special Gift for You!"
Calendars are available in increments of 100 only.
