HOW IT ALL BEGAN
The Dee Sign Company has been manufacturing yard signs for more than 30 years. It all began in 1967, when Bob Huenefeld and his father Paul purchased a small local sign company in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company had only eight employees and was operating out of a 7,500 square foot facility. Yet, Bob envisioned a national mail-order operation dedicated to providing high-quality signs and frames to Realtors in a timely manner.

A TRUE FAMILY BUSINESS
For the next several years, Bob, his wife Marie, and their young sons Brad and Kirk piled into the family station wagon and drove to real estate conventions from coast to coast. The family promoted Dee Sign's wide variety of materials, free custom artwork, and Guaranteed Shipment Program. Real estate professionals quickly discovered that they could count on Dee Sign for service and quality at an excellent price. Bob's original vision became reality as the small family business grew into the industry leader.
Today, more than 100 employees, including two generations of Huenefeld's, work at Dee Sign's state-of-the-art 125,000 square foot facility. Bob, Marie, Brad and his wife Cindy continue to attend regional, national and international conventions year after year to ensure that Dee Sign is meeting the ever-changing needs of real estate professionals.
